Kerala University B.tech Computer Science Algorithm Analysis and Design in a Nut Shell

Algorithms is a fascinating subject. I could unfortunately realize this fact only after reading the text-book with exam fever in mind. It was just a few days before the exams that I understood the beauty and importance of this field. But on reading the seminal ‘Introduction to Algorithms’ 2nd Edition by Cormen et al, i felt like it won’t be too easy to assimilate the content from this prescribed textbook. Before you read on, please bear in mind that Cormen’s textbook is a very precise document. The algorithms given are highly detailed and accurate. Taking the effort to read the text and understand the content is well worth it. But however, time was a constraint, and the textbook a bit too bulky – especially unwieldy for last minute reading.
